Set on a slightly elevated site with views towards the church and the village of Silverdale, The Loft sits in its own delightful garden. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Silverdale, just a ten minute walk away, is a thriving coastal village which offers many attractions including, it is said locally, a walk for every day of the year. In the summer months, the 'Queen's Guide' leads walks across the sands of Morecambe Bay to Grange over Sands and Humphrey Head.
The Village has a range of shops including three pubs, a small Co-op, an excellent butchers, a fruit & vegetable shop, Chemist, Post Office, Garden Centre with café, 18-hole Golf Course, a Craft Gallery with café /restaurant and also a small Italian Restaurant. In addition there is the nationally renowned RSPB Reserve at Leighton Moss as well as Gait Barrows Nature reserve. Keen walkers will enjoy walks to the National Trust's Eaves Wood and to the sea, both just 5 minutes away.

Located in a quiet lane, The Loft, a two storey property, was totally refurbished in 2008/9. Ground floor entrance hall leading to sitting room with gas fire, TV & DVD player and a further sitting/reading room. The modern fully equipped kitchen/dining area has built in fridge/freezer, cooker with microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for use. Double and twin bedroom and separate bathroom with over the bath shower. 1st floor twin bedroom and separate bathroom with over the bath shower.
The well stocked and sheltered garden offers a delightful raised terrace with table & chairs and a lawned area.
